Dear ecosystem member,
You are warmly welcome to Konecranes Zero4 Symposium event on Thursday, October 29, 2026 starting at 9 AM at our headquarter in Hyvinkää. Join the intralogistics conference to discuss and exchange ideas on industry research, advancements, and future direction - and to network with likeminded ecosystem members.
Symposium brings academia and business together to discuss co-innovation projects and latest research findings in the area of material flow.
The event will be opened by Markku Häivälä, Director of Research & Innovation at Konecranes. After this, you will hear latest greetings from the program, and introduction to new Zero4 projects. The day will culminate to research sessions where you'll hear the latest research results from the academia.
Please confirm your participation via the form below no later than Friday, October 16, 2026. Places are limited. We kindly ask you to arrive between 9 AM and 10 AM.

Arrival and parking
The event is organized at the Konecranes headquarter (Koneenkatu 8, Hyvinkää, 05801 Finland). Please notice that the event is organized onsite, no remote connection available.
When you arrive to Konecranes, please show your ID card at the lobby to receive a visitor card from us.
Parking area can be found in front of Konecranes Visitor Center (S-building with Konecranes logo). In addition to visitor parking area, you can use personnel parking areas and the sandlot parking area in front of the building. If you arrive by train, the walk from Hyvinkää train station to Konecranes headquarters takes approximately 25 minutes.
